The Smelly, Colorful Alphabet

During college, I worked as a desk assistant in the dorm (specifically, my dorm, which meant I could stagger down to the desk in the morning in pajamas without ever seeing the light of day or feeling the touch of weather on my skin). Although, work may be too strong of a term; I don’t remember doing much desk-assisting, but I do recall all the art projects I did while I on the clock! (More details on that to come.)

One of my self-imposed projects involved assigning smells and colors to each letter of the alphabet. The methodology of such an undertaking has been lost to the annals of time and is now considered a mystery forevermore. This is just one of the many wonderful and useful things my boredom has birthed during my life. And now I share those results for the first time—enjoy!

Elephant toe nails, my favorite of course. I love this alphabet. I am glad you had that job. I had one like that that allowed me (without employer’s knowledge) to write My Little Pony stories.
